I verified before giving you a quote, there is no set price for the Cobalt Staff, especially for a Q9 Spawning. Q9 Energy Storage has gone for as low as 40k but more typically around 65k, Divine Favor more akin to 80-100k. A Spawning should be somewhere in between, I know you're looking to buy so the first issue will be finding a seller willing to part with theirs. I'd say a big win for you if you can get one at 50k, but expect to pay something closer to 80-100k (or more, since there are rarely any on the market) if you want to secure one.
